James Fleming is affiliated as "of counsel" with DRPNAŽ and is involved in the
preparation and prosecution of patent applications focusing in the area of biotechnology.
James began his law career as a legal intern at the law firm of Takaishi & Takai in
Tokyo, Japan where he advised his clients on matters involving business contracts and
transactional issues. Prior to affiliating with DRPNAŽ, James worked as an attorney focusing
on litigation and administrative law.
James is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
